WSFMA Home > Annual Conference NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON STATE FARMERS MARKET ASSOCIATION TO: Members of the Washington State Farmers Market Association Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Washington State Farmers Market Association (WSFMA) is to be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Sleeping Lady Resort in Leavenworth, WA at 11:00am. WSFMA Members may participate in the meeting in person or by proxy; proxies are due at the time of conference registration, Friday, February 3, 2012 between 9-10am. Members may also attend via telephone conference: Dial-in number: 610-214-0000 (free call) The Annual Meeting will include, but is not limited to, the presentation of an Annual Report, the 2011 Budget, and nominations and elections for vacant seats on the WSFMA Board of Directors. An official Agenda will be available at the conference and the Annual Meeting. BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION If you are interested to join the Board of Directors, please feel free to send a short bio to the WSFMA Secretary no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2012, for publication to the WSFMA Members prior to the Annual Meeting. Nominations are also accepted during the elections portion of the Annual Meeting. Each candidate will be given a few minutes to make a statement about his or her background and experience prior to the voting. Results of the election will be announced during the Awards Reception, following dinner, on Saturday, February, 2012. LUNCH AFTER THE MEETING Following the Annual Meeting, WSFMA Members not attending the Annual Conference may stay for lunch at the Sleeping Lady Resort, at cost of $20, pending your RSVP to Conference Coordinator, Lori Musgrave (cell phone: 509-979-1051) by noon on Thursday, February2, 2012.
