Washington State Farmers Market Association invites you to participate in its Annual Conference.
The WSFMA is inviting vendors to present their products and services to this group of attendees:
executive directors, management staff, market managers, market board members, farmers, state
agency employees, and community volunteers. Our participants are looking for materials and
services that will assist them in doing their jobs more effectively and efficiently.

Terms and Conditions
- All tabletop exhibits include one 6’ x 30” table and two chairs. Exhibit contents must not obstruct the view of or interfere with other exhibits. WSFMA will have the authority to make the final decision regarding any question as to obstruction or interference of any exhibit with other exhibits in the area.
- The Exhibitor must pay in full at the time of submitting the contract.
- The Exhibitor is not permitted to sublet any part of its space, or to display merchandise of other manufacturers or dealers if no direct business connections exist between them.
- Neither the WSFMA nor the Sleeping Lady assumes any responsibility for the property of Exhibitor. Loss of property resulting from theft, vandalism, fire or other cause is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
- It is expressly understood and agreed that the Exhibitor will hold harmless and make no claim of any kind against WSFMA, Sleeping Lady, or any of their members or employees, for any loss, damage to, or destruction of property, nor for any injury that may occur to the Exhibitor, his agents, or employees while in the exhibit facility, nor for any damages of any nature or character whatsoever, including direct or indirect damage as a result of loss of business arising out of the exhibition or cancellation thereof.
- WSFMA will not knowingly violate any law or municipal ordinance, rule or regulation, but if such violation should occur, WSFMA assumes no liability of any nature, including making refunds, if the exhibition hours are necessarily shortened.
- The Exhibitor must place all waste and trash in the aisles at the close of the exhibition each night.
- The Exhibitor must obtain any necessary or desired insurance.
- Due to the short time period of the exhibition, the frequently crowded condition of the exhibit facility, and the vital importance of avoiding any disruption during the orderly operation of the exhibition, WSFMA reserves the sole right and authority to resolve any dispute or disagreement among Exhibitors, and WSFMA decision shall be final.
- WSFMA reserves the sole right and authority to cancel the exhibition for any reason it deems satisfactory. WSFMA will refund to the Exhibitor all monies paid to WSFMA should WSFMA cancel the exhibition.
- WSFMA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Exhibitor Contract on the basis of conflicts with WSFMA's mission, goals or objectives, or based upon any other criteria as determined by the WSFMA.
- WSFMA will retain a cancellation charge of $50.00 if the Exhibitor cancels space prior to January 15, 2012. WSFMA will retain full payment if cancellation occurs on or after January 15, 2012.
- Setup begins - Thursday, February 2, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and again on February 3, from 8:00 am - 10:00 am
- Exhibit hours: Friday - 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- All displays must show-ready by 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 3.
- Tear-down on Saturday, February 4, at 8:00 pm.
